Directions
We are located on Topanga Canyon Boulevard above Topanga Training & Fitness right next to the 101 freeway, just North of Ventura Boulevard.

From Agoura and Calabasas: Take the 101 freeway West, exit Topanga Canyon Blvd/Ventura (you can only go one way off the freeway). Get to the left lane quickly and turn left on San Feliciano. Turn right on Clarendon and follow it up two blocks to The Spa Loft.

From Tarzana and Encino: Take the 101 freeway West, exit Topanga Canyon Blvd South (the 2nd Topanga Exit). You will see us on the right as you exit the freeway. Turn right on Clarendon to pull into the private parking lot in the back.

Visiting The Spa Loft
Each room has its own temperature and music controls so you can choose your atmosphere. Please see the reception desk for music selections; you may also bring your own favorites. Our Whisper Lounge is at your disposal to unwind, munch on healthy snacks, drink bottled water, read inspirational books or to just simply close your eyes. Please let us know if you have any special needs or requests. We look forward to providing you with the best customized treatments and services! 

Arriving for your Appointment
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow enough time to check in, change into your spa attire and begin your spa experience on time. As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon entering the spa. Due to the tranquil nature of our environment and the comfort of our guests, we cannot accommodate young children in our spa.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available in our private lot.

Cancellations
A major credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation. We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made without the proper advance notification and no shows will be charged in full; the same policy applies to those guests with a gift certificate.

Payment
We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. All prices are subject to change without notification. Please note: Gratuities are not included in the price of your treatment. Unopened products with a receipt may be returned within 7 days for store credit only. Sorry, no cash refunds.

Gift Cards
Reward someone special with a luxurious, pampering treat any time of the year! Available in any denomination, our gift cards are redeemable for spa services, face and body products and specialty items in The Spa Loft boutique. Gift Cards are non-refundable but are transferable. You can purchase a Gift Card online, in person or by telephone: 818-226-5638.

Boutique
The Spa Loft Boutique carries a wide variety of the best facial and body products to treat you from head to toe. There are also home accessories, bath products and custom gift baskets available.
